  • The Loan Cooperative "La Trinidad", is a financial institution wich main objective is to support economy of its associates by giving loans to: increase productivity, implementing technology and to give a better service, and finally improve the quality of life to its associates.

Project:Design of Product Costing Systems, in 21 Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) of the Microfinance Component - European Commission.

Project Date: March 2007 – July 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for four products, two loans and two savings.The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.

Team (work in-situ): One expert consultant, one regional PPP expert and one institutional counterparts.
