  • The Savings and Loan Cooperative “San Roque” Ltda. initiated their operations on January 17 1963.The entity has a principal office located in the commercial area of Sucre city, and three rural branches. The “Cooperative San Roque”, has on June 2007 proximally US$. 4.56 millions in actual loans.
  • The consultant has the main goal to implement a Cost Information System, designed consequently the institution´s needs.

Project: Design of Product Costing Systems, in 21 Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) of the Microfinance Component - European Commission.

Project Date: April 2007 – June 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for four products, two credits and two savings. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.
