Several potential investors have enter into negotiation with PRIDE Tanzania and are assessing the possibility of co-investing (together with the founding NGO) in the new institution. PRIDE is in the process of transforming into a Micro Finance Company (MFC).

Service offered: The project had the objective of to assist PRIDE Tanzania to increase its profitability by reengineering the individual loan product and addressing product pricing and process efficiency for the other loan products.

Additional services offered:Process Mapping; Profitability analysis; Efficiency and break-even point diagnosis per product, indirect cost incidence, productivity and risk management analysis; Capacity utilization and necessities of training description.
