Project: Design of Product Costing Systems, in 21 Microfinance Institutions (MFI's) of the Microfinance Component - European Commission

Project Date: March 2007 – July 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for two loan products. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.

Supporter: FONDESIF - PASA, European Commission, PROFIN.

Team (work in-situ): Two expert consultant, one regional PPP expert and one institutional counterparts.
