  • The Savings and Loan Cooperative “Magisterio Rural” Ltda. initiated their operations on June 28 1965.The entity has a principal office located in the commercial area of Sucre city, and two rural branches.
  • The “Cooperative Magisterio Rural”, has on June 2007 proximally US$. 4.84 millions in actual loans. The consultant has the main goal to implement a Cost Information System, designed consequently the institution´s needs.

Project: Costing Consultancy for Magisterio Rural Cooperative.

Project Date: March  2007 – July 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for two products, one for loans and one for savings. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.
