The “Cooperative Madre Maestra”, has on June 2007 proximally US$. 4.17 millions in actual loans.
  • The consultancy has the main goal to implement a Cost Information System, designed consequently the institution´s needs.

Project: Costing Consultancy for Madre y Maestral Cooperative.

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for four products, two credits and two savings. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.
