  • The cooperative “Cristo Rey” initiated their operations on October 13 1963. The entity has a principal office located in the Cochabamba city, and two branches. The cooperative “Cristo Rey” has on December 2006 proximally US$ 4.99 millions in actual loans.

Project: Design of Product Costing Systems, in 21 Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) of the Microfinance Component - European Commission

Project Date: March 2007 – October 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for four products, two loans and two savings. The benefits of the consultancy were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, a Final Report and a User Manual.
