Project:Product Costing in the “Caja Rural” CREDINKA in Peru (June 2005 – September 2005)

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for four products, two credits and two savings. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, analysis of the internal system. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.

Supporter: Microfinance Iniciativa Project from COPEME – Peru, the USAID and the FORD Foundation.

Team (work in-situ): One international consultant, two regional PPP experts and one institutional counterpart.
