CRECER

  • “Crédito con Educación Rural” CRECER, is a private non-for-profit organization which exclusively provides its credit services with education to women, to whom the access to financial and educational services of quality allows them to develop their human potential through self-management activities and projects. CRECER’s Credit with Education product is based in the village banking methodology. The NGO´scapital is about US$. 2,7 millions with funds from Freedom from Hunger, de Plan International Bolivia, de Save the Children, Caritas Nederland and past profits.
  • The goal of the consultant was to develop a information system for product costing. It includes the credit and the education program. Also, we tried to left the knowledge in home.

Product/Services supplied: Costing the village banking and the education program as a product. The benefits for the NGO were: the costing tool, the evaluation of the credit process and improved of efficiency. It has provided a Product Costing Model for the Branch in Cochabamba, a Final Report, and a User Manual.
