  • The Credit and Savings Milk Producers Cooperative, is an institution who associates milk producers in the high valley, central and low from Cochabamba. Among the most important objectives are: to promote the economic and social aid among its associates and to receive contributions to create a social fund to encourage savings to its associates.

Project: Costing Consultancy for COOPROLE

Project Date: March  2007 – July 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for five products, three credits and two savings. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.

Team (work in-situ): One expert consultant, one regional PPP expert and two institutional counterparts.
