Project:Product Costing in the “CMAC Huancayo” in Peru (July 2005 – November 2005)

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for ten products, six credits and four savings. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.

Supporter: Microfinance Iniciativa Project from COPEME – Peru, the USAID and the FORD Foundation.

Team (work in-situ): One international consultant, four regional PPP experts and three institutional counterparts.
