Project Date: February 2007 – July 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for five loan products. The benefits of the consultancy were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.

Team (work in-situ): Five expert consultant, and one institutional counterpart.
