Project:Design of Product Costing Systems, in 21 Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) of the Microfinance Component - European Commission.

Project Date: February 2007 – June 2007

Product/Services supplied: Product costing for five products, two loans and two savings. The benefits of the consultant were: the product costing tool, the revision of the process, improvement of efficiency, client’s attention. There was designed a Product Costing Model, and elaborated a Final Report and a User Manual.
